   Absolutely helpful young man.. The person in question couldn't do enough for me and my wife and even opened a till up as he saw my wife on crutches and stuck in a bug cue . Thank you cormac . What you didn't know is my wife isn't very well and was having a bad time with her health and you made it so easy and quick and we were able to get to the car so she could take her medication in the car ( type 1 diabetic ).as well . Thank you again CORMAC and I really do hope your boss sees this Thank you again.

   This store is always well stocked conveniently located on a bus route, close to a housing estate, and always has plenty of parking. The store is never too busy, the queues are never too long and staff are always polite and helpful.

   Smaller than the new Aldis, this looks like one of the first one's. Though it seems to still pack in a similar level of stuff and the muddle ailse of golden nuggets still provide enough interest for the guy's. Some disabled/child parking right outside the shop, which is good.

   As a regular at this store i was amazed how slap - dash Cormac was i chatting with staff instead of serving customers. When i asked him if he could serve me i was subjected to his stupidity and sarcasm As someone who was struggling to stand leaning in pain on the shopping trolly Cormac took the opportunity to to belittle me saying I should be happy Shane on you Cormac☹️

   Good range of products, well stocked shelves & efficient staff. Headsets mean the are more engaged with each other than customer which is my only criticism, customer should feel priority not pers at other end of headset, it actually be disengaging for customer

   On arriving at aldi Offerton @ 19.50 unloding a very heavy motorbility scooterfor my wife to use to do a small item shop finding the sliding doors won't open and to be told by a customer who's just been in and leaving that their clossing . When it blatantly states 8am to 10 pm Mon to Saturday well Mr aldi adios asdas just as cheap

   What you can learn about Aldi stores is they are 'handed' - the layout is basically mirrored depending on which end of a longest side the entrance is on. Apart from that, their creamy coleslaw is the best of the lower cost supermarkets, the Scottish ice cream is lovely.

   Aldi has good parking. Shelves are basically always kept filled up. The prices and value for money is great. Good choices in food, and other goods. Keep up the good work for your local community. Staff are very friendly.
