Horrible horrible store , staff are rude and aggressive , unnecessarily swearing and insulting us , previously has refused to let us shop there cos we owned a dog regardless that my partner was waiting outside with them on the street not even in front of the store , witnessed a young teenage girl be locked inside and surrounded by big grown men because she was 10p short for a bottle of drink , sell faulty vapes and shouting amd swearing at customers , swore and shouted at me cos I asked to pay for a bag on card as they didn't offer me one till after I'd paid and I didn't want to carry sanitary products home on full display, trying to act intimidating on a regular basis even insulting customers with his fellow staff thinking they can't hear while they shop just an all out poorly run establishment and the guys lucky he only got a verbal reaction as the way he thinks he can treat people is absolutely disgusting , wish I could give 0 star and will be reporting to trading standards if anyone we know has anymore encounters of this nature because no other respectable business wpuld 3ver be able to act in this manner pr speak to customers in the way he does , worth the 20 min walk to the other garage just to not have to encounter this joke of a store.

Bought a 13 pound vape from this garage which was dead as soon as I opened the box. I buy them all the time from this garage and have never returned one. Apparently there is nothing they can do about this unless they don't work as soon as you buy them. Which is ridiculous. Sold a product that doesn't work and they won't replace it or apologise for faulty vapes. Shocking customer service.

Funny story Fahad! Their doors are closed at 10pm so, explain that! I have a great rapport with one of the guys in there. I haven't been lately, as the entrance is an obstacle course for the disabled and you guessed it! I am disabled. This is a local business to me and if you don't use them, you lose them. I would rather buy their fuel, as it is top quality and less contaminants in it, unlike the Tesco Clubcard Member I am and buying rubbish fuel for a few reward points! I cannot recommend this store if you are a Coeliac, like me. You can get other daily essentials like Milk and Pop. I really feel for these guy's in a generalised view, because of the troubles in other lands, they offer a convenience and do it well. The one's with a chip on their shoulder, don't last, because convenience store's are ten-a-penny in most areas and are often the same family. This store offers a great service, it's swift and they are quick to clean up Diesel spills. There is none of this pay before you draw fuel antics or removing your motorcycle helmet, although it is only polite to do so. There is a free ATM; How long this is going to last in the current financial situation of England is anyone's guess. The exit is on a slope so, you can bump start if need be! The best thing is everything works, without broken down equipment and it is a friendly atmosphere to boot. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to my friends and folk alike. This business is open 24/7, but bodily access to the store after 10pm is not allowed and you will have to use the kiosk hatch! So, Fahad! This is how you write a review, it's not about quenching your bodily functions, because they don't have a bathroom for public use; There's the sorry state of affairs, next door for that! I will give 5 stars when they adjust the entrance of the store for the disabled and a ramp is a no-no, before you you join the rest of the idiots, that think it is, whilst breathing in fuel fumes. In general, us Disabled Guys think ramps are a cop-out of fitting an incremental gradient to offset the strain on our bodies. My wheelchair doesn't fit this store like Clinton Card's; Too many obstacles and the service till may as well be in the sky! The shelving in every store is the same, unreachable items plus, have you tried propelling and steering a wheelchair whilst shopping? It's a job for an Octopus!

I went for a run and somehow ended up near this londis and when I i need a drink to quench my extreme thirst, I saw that there was this londis open. Thank God it was because if it wasn't I probably would have died of exhaustion and dehydration. It's not like most gas station shops where only a fraction is open but rather you could walk in even at midnight! Which is what I did. While I was there, I spotted some other groceries and miscellaneous objects that i needed for my new home such as soap, detergent, bread, and etc. They weren't as expensive as most gas station shops so to my delight I bought stuff that I didn't think I would from this londis. A wonderful little store!
