   Tesco Express . Stockport Road Gee Cross. Hyde SK14. 19/04/2025 @ 17:55 I BOUGHT WINE FROM THE STORE BUT ALSO RETURNED A PARCEL FROM EVRI. TO BE TOLD IN THE NASTIEST WAY THAT THEY DON'T RECEIVE PARCELS FROM EVRI. WHEN I STATED THAT IT IS STILL ON THE WEBSITE THAT THEY DO. HE SAID VERY LOUDLY THAT IT HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM...BUT IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY., BECAUSE IT STATES THAT YOU STILL TAKE EVRI PARCELS. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS SO WE/I DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE VERY UNPLEASANT PEOPLE THAT YOU EMPLOY

   This is small Tesco express close to the junction of Stockport Road and Mottram Old Road. There is no safe place to park outside the shop though many people do park there. This has frequently blocked traffic, particularly to buses and large vans at the junction. However the shop itself is well stocked with the usual things, and staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Gluten free products are limited but I can usually get bread, some sort of breakfast cereal and biscuits and/or cake.

   Shopped here for 13 years and a very loyal customer. Majority of the staff are really lovely however this week liz really let her colleagues and myself down. What a horrible lady you really are. Very obnoxious and poor customer service. This isn’t the first time liz has been rude to me. She also once made remarks that it’s cruel for allowing my chihuahua were a doggie dress last year. Liz you don’t impress me, you actually disgust me. To treat me and my son the way you did over a toy that Tescos reduced and they way you handled it. Shameful.

   Not looking good at Tesco, dangerous place to visit. None of the 3 staff I saw were wearing masks, they were all younger people. When challenged, the girl on the till said that some people were exempt. Can't believe that all these young fit looking people are exempt. AVOID this store if you are vulnerable or don't want to get covid19, you could be at risk. Those who don't want to wear a mask, may also not want to sanitise etc. BEWARE

   Just been into this shop, I saw 3 staff members, none of whom were wearing a face covering. When I asked the girl on the till about this, she said "some are exempt". I replied "all of you?". She had no answer to this. This is a bad example and not a good image for Tesco.

   Quire possibly the rudest shop staff I have ever encountered. One assistant dropped a heavy tin on my foot and never even apologised, today 2 staff discussed me, calling me names, almost in front of me because I wanted to pass them stacking shelves.

   Had lotto checked three times and i am now convinced staff are on the fiddle.The first time i thought mistakes can happen and the lady was nice so i let it go.The second time the same lady said it wasnt a winner but refused to give me the ticket back .I demanded it back because i knew it was worth £125.It was a reciept ticket from Asda and she knew she could take it anywhere other than tesco to get the cash.I asked for the Manager but she said she was the manager. This last time i had it checked by a different shop assistant who tried to offer me a total of £43 when i had already totaled it up to be £87 .Three visits and three mistakes dont add up...ON THE FIDDLE
