I went in to get a drink and the guy is were very disrespectful and trying to argue with me because of the card limit the worst shop I ever been to and never going back in the there
Do not send parcels from this shop! I've experienced on numerous occasions where the owner has been extremely rude, after attempting to send a parcel, the owner started raising his voice and became aggressive towards me. I remained calm but was told if I went in there again I would be refused service. No customer service skills
The older guy behind the counter is incredibly rude regardless of how polite the customer is. A woman was trying to send a parcel and the guy started shouting at her because the label wasn't printing. She tried to explain calmly what to do and he kept getting louder and more aggressive. Definitely not how you treat customers

My son bought a bottle of spirit, got it home and found a crack in it, took it back and the older male took it off him and told him to get out….so in effect stole my son’s money!! If I could I would give him minus stars…..DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP
