   Complaint: I had a very bad experience at this shop. The staff and owner behaved very unprofessionally. They served cold food and were not wearing gloves while preparing it. When I asked them to make the food fresh, they started arguing with me instead of helping. They even told me not to come back to their shop. This is not the first time I have received cold food from them, and their behavior is consistently rude. Two of the workers, both Asian, were fighting with customers as well. Overall, the service, hygiene, and attitude are extremely poor. Please boycott this shop. It’s located at heston.

   Great chips. Good chicken piece. But chicken burger was almost cold and I have eat it around 2 min after serving. Chicken inside burger wasn't even warm and was quite dry inside. Believe was a bit waiting for me there. But chips was really one of the best which I have eaten. Nice, crispy and full mash inside. Service very kind and place looks clean.

   They mostly serve cold burgers and offer horrible service. If you enjoy stone-cold chicken steak burgers and rude staff, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid, avoid, avoid! Spend your money on fresh fast food elsewhere—there are plenty of better options around. This place is long past its sell-by date!

   Chicken is rancid, not sure where they source it from. Could look past some of the taste flaws if the customer service and hygiene wasn't so appalling. No acknowledgement that a customer is waiting, speaks abruptly and rudely. Uses his hands on all the food without gloves or tongs, don't eat here if you value your time and health.
