Used to be in here 5/6 times a week for milk / bread / veg and it was great fot picking up / dropping off parcels- It’s gone downhill since the woman who used to run it isn’t here any more. The scanners often don’t work, meaning standing around wasting time. Picking up parcels today took forever as the person working slowly mooched around the back just looking rather than actively moving other parcels on top, with no idea what she’s doing, asked the other lad to help her and he moved at the same snails pace, don’t do the parcel drop off point if you can’t facilitate

Large corner shop with most things you'd expect. Expensive compared to supermarkets. Fresh fruit and veg are mostly great but sometimes a bit over-ripe. Frozen section is limited but has the basics. They have fresh halal meat though I've never bought any. Huge herb and spice selection. Lots of standard ales, I'm sure they could add some interesting craft beers for the local market.

Went to drop a package off here for a pick up by courier. It was a massive package that weighed over 10 kg. Somehow the courier never received it and I've lost a lot of my clothes that truly meant a lot to me and have no value to anyone else. Hope my coats keep the shop owner warm!

Nice friendly shop and always have an offer on something. The chicken breasts are amazing and have not been injected like Tescos. You can't really do a full weeks shopping but it's a good top up shop, with fresh fruit and veg

Would recommend avoiding. Had a Royal Mail parcel delivered there from an eBay seller. Royal Mail tracking showed a photo of the parcel on the shop counter but the shopkeeper claimed it had not been delivered and refused to take responsibility. Won’t be using them again.

I find the staff extremely rude, I have been there on a number of occasions, not anymore, the east west continental on parrs wood road is completely different, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, my advice is to go there, I personally will never go to the one on fog lane, giant thumbs down, very disappointed with my experience at this shop,I will definitely NOT go there again,my advice would be to go to the one on parrs wood road, the staff are very friendly, big thumbs up to them, unfortunately it's a massive thumbs down to the fog lane one.

This shop has great offers, efficient staff & a huge selection of ALL products!! From groceries, alcohol, Vege & a decent choice of foods usually found in a supermarket, there’s even plenty of choice to buy ingredients for your tea as you can even buy meat which is clean! Plus you can pay all your bills at the same time! Lottery, Payzone/Point… You can even collect missed parcels from here!! Can’t recommend it enough!!! So convenient for me as it’s on my doorstep!!

Overall a really good wholesaler with frequent promotions on snacks (buy 1 get 1 free) and with friendly staff and fresh daily halal meat, would recommend for people who want to do some small shopping without going to the big shops
