   Awesome garden stuff. We bought a lovely star shaped lantern, very bright and cheerful and some other essentials. Were disappointed there weren't any chicane mango pizzas.

   Lesson 1: when you walk through the doors,do not stop infront of everyone to look at your shopping list, please move out the way, Lesson 2: don't leave your trolley in the middle of the Isle while you decide what you want for 10 minutes. The staff always seem very busy looks like they don't get a second to themselves and they are very good. I like it apart from lessons 1&2.

   My wife phoned the store at 9.30 this morning to ask if they had any bags of coal and kindling. She spoke to someone called Mark who said he couldn't give information about stock and told her she'd have to go there in person! This defeated the object because she said she was trying to avoid a wasted journey. She then asked to speak to the manager and was told she could "request a manager call-back within 4 hours"! What sort of customer service is this?

   Fully stocked store with a wide variety of goods and products. Great location as it’s located on Stockport road. Great public transport connection and a big enough car park. Also nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended

3. Matt “rodentracing” ★★★★☆

   One of the earlier UK Aldi shops. Now had a refresh. Small car park, outside often smells of the nearby sewerage plant, inside is fine though. Getting in and out can be a pain because of the busy road, narrow entrance and ignorant drivers. Not the biggest shop, staff are friendly although could be quicker at the tills and enforce the no packing trolleys at the checkout policy, that’s what the shelf by the window is for. Unfortunately Brits don’t seem to get it, or we just love waiting in queues so much we’ll do anything to create them...
