    Popped into Sainsbury’s today and grabbed a drink without thinking twice. Got home, took a sip, and something tasted a bit off. Checked the date and it had been expired for over 3 weeks . Proper disappointed, man. For a big supermarket, you’d expect them to keep on top of stock rotation. Ended up wasting my money and the drink went straight in the bin. Staff were polite when I mentioned it, but still — shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Sort it out, Sainsbury’s. Not tryna buy outdated drinks again.

    Absolutely Racist and Horrible experience. I do not recommend this branch for any other Muslims. Fasting for 13 hours and ill, i parked as close as possible to the entrance in order to pick up a parcel, enter and leave without inconvenience. They locked the doors behind me claiming they cant re-open it. (what would you do if a disabled person needed to get back out!) People in the store made fun of me (“if i can walk all the way around why can’t she”) (“just drink a little bit of water”) I would have gladly waited a few minutes until someone was free to open the doors and let me back out the way i came in as i was feeling very light headed. The staff in the store refused to help me, i became overwhelmed and cried from sheer helplessness knowing that if i walked all the way around i might pass out or faint. i sat in the store for a few minutes gathering my strength since the staff all but refused to help me, before going out the front and having to sit on a bench 10 steps away from shortness of breath. I managed it to the carpark, i could barely see because i was so dizzy and everything was spinning. I collapsed on the floor in the carpark next to my car for at least 10 minutes… I don’t know how i managed to get up and get in the car and drive home because all i could see where stars and a spinning road infront of me. I haven’t had an inhuman, insensitive, borderline racist experience like this in a long time. I sobbed all the way home and i will never step foot in this sainsbury’s again. Jill the “manager” was a horrible, insensitive woman undeserving of a manager position given her lack of empathy or people skills. When i complained she said “what do you want me to do about it” I demand full disciplinary action to be taken against everyone involved otherwise i will be contacting my lawyers due to the emotional and physical trauma i suffered in this short encounter that could have gone a million ways better. A customer lying on the carpark floor barely able to breathe because you can’t take two minutes to open and close the door she ENTERED through. is OUTRAGEOUS.

    It's just another high price boring express type supermarket. It's prices are typically inflated for this type of store and its the poorest and oldest in Cheadle and places like this who can't get out of town who have to pay

    Most staff are OK except for one of the trade managers who is flippant rude in his customers service approach, so don't shop there anymore as complaining doesn't change anything
