Placed an on line order for same day delivery . When my order came items missing and the fresh fruit I ordered (strawberries) came they was green and mouldy through out . Tried to call the store no one ever picks up. I went in to store to speak to the manager who didn’t even apologise that they had been picked and clearly sent like that on that day she just shrugged her shoulders and said that’s strawberries for you . I understand fruit can be a bit hit and miss but they was clearly not fit for selling and was very disappointed with the response I got like it was my fault for buying strawberries

Easy to Park at the Back. Some of the Iceland Supermarket Products are excellent value for money, for example the Frozen Pizza, Hunter's Chicken including the Frozen Vegetables available like Garden Peas, Broccoli, Sweet Baby Carrots, Baby Spinach & Mixed Veg Packs. Also fine for Frozen Fish & Seafood & some Fish Meals. They sell a Decent size Bag of Frozen Seafood which contains Mussels, King Prawns & Squid Rings that is ideal for cooking Sicilian Seafood Linguine Pasta. Not too busy Midweek but it is Busy Friday, Saturday. So, some fine economical item choices for a Small Budget.

My favourite Iceland. Never too busy and the staff don't chat to the neighbours too long, after all... This isn't the place to do it. Do it in your own time. The Clayton branch (Ashton new road) could learn a thing or 2.

I like Iceland but I would rather them reduce things drastically rather than pay £5 for 3 bags spuds or pay over the odds for 1 bag. I go to Lidl more now for veg. Great staff though. Always pleasant.

It was OK. But like all food stores it as gone very expensive. It also there isn't much choice regarding the bread it's very limited.

Great place to shop, friendly and helpful staff, find products at bargain prices compared to asda or tesco but I don't like the area there is always druggies out the store and carpark, Iceland is a great place to shop but I would recommend another store nearest one from Newton Health is Clayton or Droylsden.

Despite several freezers being out of commission, still plenty of choice at this larger-than-average store. The staff are friendly and helpful, which always makes coming here a pleasure.

Big shop. Well stocked. Always queues as only seem to have 1 cashier on tills who doesn't ask for help until queue is far down the Isle. Apart from that love it
