   I’ve been a regular Aldi customer for a long time, but I had a very upsetting experience during my recent visit. A security guard repeatedly watched and followed my children as if they were doing something wrong, even though we were simply shopping as usual. This made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I expect a welcoming environment and fair treatment for all customers, and what happened today was disappointing. I hope Aldi can address this so other families don’t have the same experience. Unfortunately, after today, I’m not sure I’ll be returning

   I really enjoy shopping at ALDI. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a great selection of quality products at affordable prices. The weekly specials are always worth checking out, and the fresh produce and bakery items are usually very good. Staff is efficient and helpful, although the checkout process can feel a bit rushed sometimes. Overall, a great place for budget-friendly grocery shopping.

   Rude guy working at Aldi, all wearing black I guess security or something like that. Yesterday late at night I was just with a trolley full and waved at the guy to get his attention. I just needed someone at the till. Just raising my hand with no rude gesture or whatsoever. However, that may have striked a nerve on the guy and started asking "what was that?" several times. Like why am I waving and started having a bully behaviour towards me keep on asking why I was waving before. I explained I had a trolley full and needed someone at the till please. I just remained calm and not any point was not polite. I guess they cameras to verify this situation. The guy very rudely again answered.. let me see your trolley. Like I had to justify to get someone to serve me. The guy was just sat there and didn't even stand up or acted nicely at any point, seem confrontational just because someone waved. I'm extremely disappointed with his behaviour. Everyone at Gorton, the rest of the staff is really nice. However this person needs to be addressed by management due to his behaviour. You know, you go shopping at end of the day, finished work and you don't need someone to be a bully at some random supermarket, especially when that person works there.

   Just got ripped off. Special visit, took a neighbour all offers charged at full price. Store meant to be open … not…. Voice message when phoning.. store closed, (Not 22.00). Whatch your receipts. Would not have bought half of what I did. Shame on you,
