   Overheard an elderly Chinese gentleman using google translate to a member of staff to ask where he could find milk, for the staff member to just point across the shop in the general direction instead of taking him to the item. I found the gent looking at cleaning products, so he had no idea what he was actually looking for. English was not his first language which was evident when he asked for help via a translator app. Ended up approaching the man myself to offer help and took him directly to the milk.

   Really good to save money .offers on certain items is better than most supermarkets. Have a good range of fresh products as well as frozen .give farmfoods a try ,I doubt you'll be disappointed .

   I'm really disappointed in farm foods right now. My experience is normally spectacular, but today's encounter with staff is making me question everything. I used vouchers when shopping, and the cashier returned me with aggorance and more. He even made sly remarks like unbelievable and shook his head in disbelief that I used a voucher to pay, and he even apologised to customers because I was using them, but they didn't care. He made a big deal out of nothing!I can't even report him for poor customer service because he had no name tag. I refuse to stand this treatment!

   Great place to get a few extras on shopping days. Especially for the kids food. Really good prices aswell. Can get a bit busy and only one person on a till, but still worth a visit for bits

   Has some of the best prices for food, Quorn products for example have been the cheapest out of all other supermarkets. However there is some produce that when cooked just shrivels up unto almost nothing, you just have to shop here frequently and figure out what is worth buying.
