   A 3 years ago I went there to buy a tub of yoghurt, the shape was empty and the butcher section was closed. As I had moved from Manchester years ago, I went back to this shop as I remember I used to go there frequently. When I was there for a tub of yoghurt I was having a walk around the shop and to my shock I saw a big fat rat running along the back long chopping board station. I was petrified and ran out screaming without the yoghurt. I told the person at the till there was a rat before I left and he just denied it calling me crazy and that I was seeing things. My brother went back to tell him aswell as he went to go and check and he also noticed it. At that time I wrote a google review for this superstore, however it had been deleted by them, I am rewriting this review to aware others of how unhygienic this place is.

   I think @manchestercitycouncil should check that store as it doesn't even have any health and safety or trip hazards measured checked .its overly stocked and piled around the things that you can't walk any aisle without hitting something. You can't breathe inside because its just like a warehouse than a every day store .narrow passages and open plastic wraps and strings around the floor are trip hazard and I slipped there . Either they should have a bigger space or should move out butcher shop because that place stinks.

   Just bought the Falsa from Manchester super store in a manually sealed plastic box in £8.99 and all the Falsa were full of fungus. I tried to call them to file my complaint over the call, but no one is answering it. Unfortunately, I had give them one star as I do not have option to give them ZERO star review.

   i made my way here from old Trafford to this shop and it was closed 10 minutes before it’s time The guy on door said the shop is closed when i said there is still 10 minutes he said all the till is done I offered to pay by card he didn’t listen and he said we are closed I am not coming to this shop ever again they have lost one of there customer.

   really nice to see most options for ethnic food, but a few options are missing. I wish they had more Moroccan options. the butchers were nice , the cashiers were also nice but one of the gentlemen outside sorting the veggies was a bit mean but overall it's nice place

   Arrogant, undisciplined and bad Attitude staff this store ever had. They are selling expiry products as well, today I went them back and ask regarding expiry products, their staff said Do what you want to do! which was really surprising for me. I have all proof which I will use for case, I request all peoples If you guys have same issue like me Please let me know. Don't buy anything from these stupid store and management. See them soon by legally way. Expiry products are attached with this review and I have lot of them as well. I did shopping of £141 that day which is waste for me by getting expiry products. (They don't deserve any star for review submission I just select 1 star)
