   Wasted one hour of my time today, voided my coupon, and very disrespectful staff. If you don’t want your customers to use the self scan devices for large shopping just remove the option or limit it to five items. Take responsibility when you mess up customer’s check out, and don’t lie about customers didn’t scan an item! Evidence is there and it is all electronic and digitised these days. You have lost a loyal customer today after over 16 years. P/s please donate the pound left on my trolly to the homeless.

   So disappointed with the service I recieved on 25th July at 15:10pm at checkout 19, lady was scanning and throwing the item, no compassion for the fact I’ve got a nearly crying baby just decides to make life harder and throwing items, no one is behind me and there’s no queue for her to be so quick and aggressive need further training, woman with white hair old

   Staff at the self service checkouts are always too busy on there phones and takes a while for them to actually come over to the customers to realise they need help, I think the managers need to give staff some better Customer service training it’s not professional to be on you’re phone texting away on the shop floor in work.

   Must write it down and praise one of the cashiers, Tracy. We were about pay by Tesco gift card, but accidentaly we gave the one already used. Tracy did not mind to go above and beyond in this tiny matter and she tried every single aspect to help us. She was amaizingly kind, polite, super corteous. She is an absolute asset of the Tesco team. Thank you, Tracy

   Place is never stocked. Product range is quite small for anything other than your standard fruit and veg. World foods are almost non existent. Go to Middleton tesco instead

   So coming here is actually a joy since there are two ways to get into this place. From the main road which is Manchester road or from the street side... The store is pretty big spacious and has everything you need and would exspect from a Tesco's.

   Good quality baby items and my child loved her pink bib Tommee tippee for £2. Their stock is quite good. When you ask a question to a staff member, they are able to respond and assist. Self service tills available and a huge outside free parking for up to 3h.
