I keep giving this place chances, but I think today was my last visit. I only shop here because of its location—it's incredibly convenient. However, the quality of the meat has been a recurring issue, and it's just not worth it anymore. Today, I purchased some chicken thighs. Got home and the thighs were poorly butchered, full of blood, bone fragments, and cartilage. It was so excessive that I had to throw away nearly a third of the chicken. I've had similar problems with other cuts of meat here on multiple occasions. They are just too inconsistent. Apparently they are under new management but the meat is still below standard.

I come here when I cook for my muslim friends. I am glad there is halal meat near me and at a good price. It is also good that it is open on sundays. There is a good selection of fruit and veg too - I just think some of the products that they sell are a bit too expensive for my taste.

Bought some okra which was fresh and tasty. We were followed round the store by staff, presumably they thought we were trying to shoplift. Made us feel uncomfortable so just bought the okra and left. Accessible, parking to rear. Clean, tidy store that was well stocked. Staff polite but see above. The payment terminal is too far over the checkout so you have to lean right over, im 5'7" so I think anyone shorter would need a stool, lift or climb up on the checkout.

This shop deserves a Nobel Prize purely for stocking glass bottle Mirinda. Every time I twist one open, it feels like I’ve unlocked a cheat code to my own happiness. The flavour is sharper, fizzier, and somehow more orange than anything else on Earth — like the can version went on holiday, studied abroad, and came back cultured. It’s my favourite every single time I drink it, without fail. Honestly, I don’t even pretend I’m here for groceries anymore — I’m just here to reunite with my fizzy soulmate in glass form.

They almost have everything you need here from selections of Fruit and snacks, they also have a good selection of spices and some tins of food, of course, there are plenty of different brands of rice, there is fresh meat available too, free car park at the side of the shop has enough space for customers, put it this way you won't be disappointed to visit this place

More like a mixed supermarket for those who fancies Asian, African and carribean food recipe. The location is well central and its a walking distance to the nearest nandos, McDonald's and other grocery shops between fallowfield and Withington.

I bought two bulbs from there but when I used at my home it was not suitable because the socket was different. I went back to return with the bill next day but they told they cant take it saying its my fault I should hv checked before buying. Even they didn't allow me to exchange the product with other items. Moreover the product have five years warranty

Slightly expensive but is filled with All essentials for South Asian cooking. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Would recommend it to my friends.

This place used to be TESCO and now it's WIMMY, a mostly Asian grocery shop. Good collections but I hope, the stock will be greater in near future. Con: Nothing Yet. Recommended?: Yes. Will visit again?: Yes.
