Normally, we can print labels to return items by Evri from the counter. I walked to the counter and politely I asked for help. The gentleman who was by the counter called one of his colleague to assist me. His colleague was more interested to talk to a third colleague who was beside me than anything else. I waited quietly until she ask me how could she help me. When I asked for help to print an Evri label to return an item, she replied me with no manners at all. She said that the machine to print was the one positioned by the entrance and it was not working. I apologise for the fact that I didn't know how do they work in partnership with Evri and I also apologise for asking a question. Tesco should give training for those who don't know how to deal with customers. If the customers are being nice, gentile, polite... doesn't matter how we are feeling on our private life, we need to be impartial, professional and reply to people in the same manner than we expect to be replied. Also, just a suggestion: Place a note next to the outside poster saying that the printer is out of order.
No labels in EVRI parcel drop machine. Had to go elsewhere. Easy fix, just add more labels in the printer right?
The establishment is conveniently located for local residents, and the staff exhibits exceptional professionalism and helpfulness. Regrettably, I had to cease patronizing the establishment due to the consistent fullness of the car park, primarily attributed to the recent opening of Nafes Sweet Shop and increased restaurant clientele.
Shoplifters take whatever they want and leave without approaching...meanwhile, people who paid and have the receipt get harrassed and detained by employees and useless "security".
Tesco need to take a look at what kind of staff they employ. The last year I've been in 2 particular staff have been downright rude. One at the till has a permanent glare on his face as if he doesn't want to be there, if so don't take it out on the customers !! & wow the female there is even worse. Ask her politely for a little help & she's the same. Giving customers bad attitude & dirty looks is not on so now I will not go in there until they are gone.

Good for grabbing quick supplies like any tesco would be, but most of the staff I've come into contact with are rude. Got dirty looks from a cashier when I was simply lining up in the queue, and scowled at whilst I paid. Why's that necessary?? I've started going to the co-op nearby instead.
Staying in the area popped in for a few bits, went to use self scan had problems with it and the staff member behind the till was very rude and unprofessional in how she dealt with telling us how it worked. In the end we went to the till to be served where she served us with an awful attitude. Customer service shocking, might only be a small express store but I dont expect to be served with attitude
