   Since moving to Manchester, Dean has genuinely been one of the most welcoming and friendly faces I’ve come across. He has an incredible way of making customers feel comfortable and supported - nothing is ever too much trouble. Dean’s product knowledge is outstanding. He doesn’t just answer questions; he takes the time to understand exactly what you need and offers thoughtful recommendations that make a real difference. There was even a moment when I’d given myself a cooking burn, and Dean went above and beyond to advise what I could buy to help- it was such a small gesture, but it showed just how deeply he cares about people. He consistently brings positive energy to every interaction, and you can see how much pride he takes in delivering exceptional service. Dean is truly one of a kind - reliable, professional, approachable, and always happy to help. He’s a real asset to the team and someone who reflects incredibly well on the company - he’s one of the main reasons I return. I’m genuinely grateful for the support he’s given me, and I always look forward to seeing him! He turns a simple visit into a great customer experience every time. Such a ray of light!

   Convenient and reasonably wide selection of essentials - not cheaper than chains likes Sainsburys - could do with more and go back to having more locally sourced small suppliers products which they used to have before Staff always really friendly and helpful

   I've been buying groceries here since I moved in to the apartments. Normally it's pretty chill and not so crowded, but every time when the matcha pop up sort of thing opens it's really loud and I often see the plastic cups rolling on the ground near the store. I wonder if it's really necessary to bring the matcha here? It's quite annoying.

   A good store, nice staff however ever since it opened, their pricing on the labels vs what you get charged at the till seem to constantly be wrong. For example, meal deals are priced at £4.50 however the signage is extremely poor about what is included and despite confirming with staff all the items I purchased were in I was trying to be charged £5.80. It took a supervisor and a manager (who were both very rude) to override the pricing. The lady was very embarrassed and admitted that pricing is never correct. There was a big string of complaint comments on a Facebook post, which were deleted as they were negative towards pricing. The management needs to take a course in customer service and they need to sort their pricing out to be correct in line with labelling. It is against the law to mislead the consumer and if i witness it again, I’ll consider talking to trading standards.
