DO NOT GO IN HERE IF YOU EXPECT B&M ITEMS AS ITS DEFINITELY NOT ONE ITS JUST A LITTLE HERONS….. VERY MISLEADING…. NEED TO SORT IT OUT. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Do not go to the reduced isle and buy a drink cheaper than 50p it has left me with an upset stomach
Went in to get some ice cream & eggs and nobody on counter. Had to leave it as couldn't wait so long for someone to turn up. Poor service. The ice cream was not very nice, the cone was soggy and didn't taste like it had been stored properly.
Great staff, brilliant service, and great bargains.

Just had the most horrendous abuse of a member of staff who had to stop his shelf stacking duties to serve me and the building queue. Placed my basket on the counter and requested a bag. I was then asked to unpack my basket as it’s not his job description . He would have had to pick the items I took out of basket to scan them anyway so why the abuse. Shocking. I was called a drunk in front of the queuing people because I was a Buying alcohol for a party I was going. Can’t find any phone number to complain to online or from staff members which is strange
Good selection of frozen food, especially for vegetarian/vegan. Does have some fresh food, and bread items. Pretty good for cleaning supplies too. Beware though, aisles are narrow, cannot fit a wheelchair if someone else already stood there. Definitely shouldn't try and take prams in.
