   I shop here often as live nearby and wanted to mention one of the staff, I think his name was Huzayfa or Hufaiza something similar. He wears glasses and is always hard working and respectful. Every Sunday I go as need to shop for my husband he seems to be working alone and still handles everything well. He always helps and even goes to check the warehouse if something is not on the shelves even if it’s busy . Last time I visited a customer got angry with him over a misunderstanding about some tobacco but he stayed calm and respectful and did didnt take the attitude of that customer .It is rare to see that level of professionalism especially in someone young. I would mention him to the manager but I never really see the manager around. Great service.

   went in today abt 30 mins before close. i really really wanted a big bag of haribo starmix but there was none on the shelves - but when i mentioned this in passing to the lovely lady at the tills, she checked using the internal system to see if there was any in the back, then happily got them for me after efficiently serving the customers after me! this was amazing ily

   I’ve been to this Tesco a dozen times. Last week I came in early morning before my client at 6:30am to grab a bottle of water. Upon entry I was followed by the security guard. It was blatantly obvious. Once I noticed I was being followed I purposely switched aisles and the security guard shadowed me. I politely confronted the security guard and asked why I was being followed, he couldn’t answer me. He smirked and had a dismissive attitude. The manager was close by so I asked why I could have been followed around the store, he was also very dismissive and could only reply “I don’t know.” - I told them it feels extremely uncomfortable as a customer to be followed around a store whilst wanting to shop and when asked why they are being followed are t provided with a reason. Terrible customer service on their part. I’m more disappointed with the manager due to lack of accountability. It’s disappointing. As a manager they should have stepped in to address my concerns respectfully and made sure that any actions taken by staff (the security guard) were justified and communicated properly. This is starting to become a pattern now in Tesco.

   I was served by a young boy with glasses over the weekend, and he was incredibly friendly and polite. He had a warm smile and made the whole experience so pleasant and quick . Excellent customer service . The store has a warm environment and friendly staff.

   There’s something not right with this store. Do they not have a manager, as an experiment maybe? Rude staff, face to face till never manned in the 10 times I’ve been there. There’s one bloke who works there, older Asian man in high viz, he’s great….put him in charge!

   Nice and very convenient store located close to Saint Peters Square.the shop was clean and well stocked.the staff are friendly and helpful.very handy for local businesses and shops.easy access for wheelchair users.i would definitely visit the store again if nearby.the only downside was a couple of abusive homeless people hanging out outside.

   Never leave this place without a smile on my face! Come here after work, & the staff are always super friendly, engaging and helpful. They always remember me - the guy on the door is always so lovely, even at silly o'clock. It has great deals, loads of reduced stuff at the end of the day, and wonderful staff! Rarely leave reviews, but this place is great :)

   Sunday Afternoon, This was very quiet which is good. But NO BAKERY. Madness. Never been in one without a bakery or any baked products. Also the staff were just chatting to each other and not that attentive seen as the shop was so quiet. And the Security Guard kind of put me off even being in there, he just made me feel unwelcome. A Tesco, that's it. Otherwise it has a quite wide variety of products in there.
