Lovely lady dark hair pony tail. She was so unbelievably kind, my shoe broke and lady that served me made makeshift shoe for me. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tesco Express. One of the staff members, a woman, was extremely rude when I tried to buy a bottle of wine. She asked for my ID, which is understandable, but then insisted on seeing ID from all of my friends, even though I was the only one purchasing the wine. We are all over 25-30 years old and tourists from India, and her behavior was unacceptable and unwelcoming. As tourists, this was a very bad experience, and I hope Tesco addresses this kind of customer service issue.

Live local and as a tesco goes it is fine. Problem here are the rude, ignorant staff. 3rd time this week ignored whilst staff chatted in the aisle. Today she rudely appeared and asked why was waiting and rudely told me to use self scan as that's what they are for then started to walk off until had to state I wanted a vape which are locked away behind the counter I was patiently waiting at. Made to feel like interrupted her social chat time. Earlier in wk no staff on floor at all...1 appeared from the back after 5 minutes and was clearly annoyed had to do some work. Back to spar round corner for me now as at least their staff are pleasant, helpful and chat.

Staff are rude and so busy messing about with each other that they don't want to be inconvenienced by your queries. Not a great selection. Better off at the tesco in St Peters Square

I’m a regular guest at Tesco, I usually finished work and go to buy there. Normally they used to close there at 23:00 I came there at 22:56 and they waved us away, I found this incredibly rude! If they close earlier, this should be on the timetable. It says open on the website I don’t understand why didn’t he let me in.

We had just arrived in Manchester and dropped in for some quick purchases (just the necessities - beer, wine, chocolate, crisps); I found the range quite good, more variety than I had expected and I ended up buying a few non-essentials like tea and bottled water. Prices seemed quite good (even when converting to my home currency), the products all looked fresh, the premises were clean and tidy, and the staff were busy restocking. The checkout staff were excellent - friendly and helpful, would give them 5+ stars.

It's OK. Nothing exciting but alright. Steps as you enter are a bit strange and make it feel like it shouldn't be there. But fairly well stocked if a little dim as you get to the back. Staff on evenings are a little quiet / or even odd. But it had what I wanted so I was happy. Good opening hours too.
