Great spot for Desi shopping! They have a wide selection of Indian and Pakistani products, and the meat section is pretty good and reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful! Always friendly and welcoming. Muneeba, in particular, is very polite and helpful! I always try to go to the till she's running!

I had a really disappointing experience at Worldwide Foods Manchester, particularly at the meat counter. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, treating me as if I was there to beg for free meat rather than as a paying customer. The attitude was shocking — no greeting, no courtesy, just cold, disrespectful behavior that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the chicken I bought smelled bad, clearly not fresh. It’s unacceptable for a store that handles fresh meat to have such poor quality and not even take the time to be polite or helpful when questioned about it. This wasn’t just one person having a bad day — the overall vibe at the counter was that customers are an inconvenience. Where is the basic respect? We’re spending our money here and deserve better treatment. I’ve shopped here before because of the range and prices, but after this experience, I honestly don’t feel like coming back. The store seriously needs to train its staff on customer service and product quality. No one should be made to feel like they’re doing something wrong just by asking for fresh meat.

I’ve been shopping at Worldwide Cash & Carry for my fresh produce, and I’m always happy with the quality. Their fruits and vegetables are consistently fresh, and the prices are great. If you're looking for reliable produce, this is definitely the place to go.

Edit: removed from 5 stars because of the rude and racist cashiers. They're so rude and make shopping here feel like a chore. Despite the terrible customer service, this store has everything you'd want from a halal superstore. This includes butchers section, fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, fish, daily grocieries and even health and beauty products. They have really good deals on alot of the products they sell here and the prices are very competitive if not better than more stores. In terms of stock and pricing, this is one of the best halal stores. However, its unfortunately let down by the terrible customer service and cashiers.

Love this store!! Always well stocked, friendly staff, and so much loose fruits and veggies to choose. Also good deals on bulk buys.

Well organized Halal supermarket! Very clean and bright, all vegetables seem very fresh. They have variety things in the shop, some are really rare that I haven't seen it in another places yet. I really love the way they display the vegetables and fruits there, look very clean and easy to see the prices. Some vegetables are cheaper than regular supermarket (Asda, Tesco... etc) Overall I would love to come here again for some special item (matcha green tea and some cooking spices). Very nice and comfortable place, items are affordable as well!
