    Horrible, repulsive assistants. Going into your way w hen you’re doing taking products from shelf. Always creating some issue, the more absurd the better. Repulsive experience! Horrible assistants!

    Service has gone downhill ALOT! I've shopped at this store for about 7 years and the last year or so has gone to crap. It's mainly the evening staff to be honest. They just don't care!

    The chubby Pakistani Man on the till was rude and ignorant. I asked for a bag and he didn't put it through. Then when I paid for my items, he went on to say "you have to pay for a bag" in front of all the other customers which made me feel like I was in the wrong. I paid for it anyway. Overall I would say customer service has gone downhill in this particular store. This new recruit did't greet me, he didn't listen to me (he was too concerned about his headset), didn't offer my receipt and just flung the bag on the counter for me to pack it myself. Is this the sort of employees you want representing your store. Anyway, give Beata a pay rise because she's a perfect example of someone who knows how to give great customer service.

    Staff who speak inappropriately or without reason should not make further purchases. If necessary, please buy from another place.

    Turned this place into flats! Cos as a Tesco it's not doing anyone any good. I go to Withington Road or Chorlton as they're better with items, staff and customer service.

    Dreadful. The people above store level are chronically mismanaging this store. The senior staff all seem to have left, there are never anywhere near enough staff, and the ones there look very stressed. Whenever I go in there's one colleague on the tills irrespective of how long the queues are. Absolute shambles.
