   Nothing to do with the company, but this store is dreadful. I love herons foods, but the staff in this place are so rude. I witnessed 3 staff lose their temper and laugh at an elderly man who was clearly hard of hearing, tutting at him and shouting at him. After looking at the traffic and target audience of the area, I can imagine you get a lot of the older generation here, and it makes me wonder if this is how you treat them all?

   I love Heron Foods. I wouldn't use it instead of a normal supermarket but have some really nice stuff. I especially go when they have the baby food in as its alot cheaper than the supermarkets. For example the Heinz 1+ foods are 2 for £1 where it's £2 just for one in supermarkets I've also bought baby porridge of 39p each or 69p each and then the tubs of porridge which are normally £3 in supermarkets are £1 so saves me a heck of alot of money. They don't have baby food in all time though its one of those once its gone its gone and then they will bring stuff back in a month or so.

   Cheap place for groceries if you live in the area or find yourself in the shopping precinct, but not great for vegans. Not really a destination but a place to stop off along your way.

   Abit of a mix bag, sometimes you can a good bargain other times not. Staff can be ignorant, always best to get a receipt, was in the other day and got overcharged, it was only 25p, but in these times with prices going up it's not welcomed, I went back to the till regarding the over charge and explained the woman on the till didn't even speak just took the receipt from me didn't look at it just threw it to one side no please or thank you or sorry, handed me my refund, even a gorilla is able to grunt.

   This place has some good stock,but like everything else, prices going up, used to get 4 large Yorkshire pudding for £1, now you only get 3, but they try to keep prices reasonable.
