The food here is still tasty and the service used to be great, but my last two orders have been really disappointing. Both times, the delivery arrived over an hour later than the estimated time. When I called to check on my order, I was told it had “already gone out,” yet it still took another 30 minutes to arrive — for what should be a 10-minute trip. It feels like they’re bundling multiple deliveries together to cut costs, and by the time mine finally shows up, the food is completely cold. Very frustrating experience. Was offered a discount on my next order, however I don't think I'll be ordering again.
Just moved into town. I was told this place is the best pizza/burger in town. Well I have to tell you its true!!! I had the specail burger. I cant believe how specail it truly is. Partner had a cal zone. Absolutely tasty...they forgot our mayo but as soon as I went back for it they gave it straight away busy with smiles on their face. Highly recommend...thank you chicco's
Really enjoyed the pizza (ham and pineapple). We also got a burger & chips, mighty meaty and a garlic bread, plus 2 cans for under £20!
Chico's were always consistently good, unfortunately now they are consistently bad. On the last few occasions we have had burnt bases, missing toppings, mis-shapen (not round) offerings. We have been customers for many years and it's a shame standard's have slipped to their current levels. The latest food hygiene rating of 1 means there needs to drastic changes to get the business back on track bearing in mind all the competition in Skipton.
Well, we’ve just had three absolutely delicious pizzas! Two vegetarian and one Calzone. Ready on time and excellent value for money. Ignore the negative comments and treat yourself to a Chico’s! You can’t beat them.
My daughter brought me and my partner a meal,it was the worse pizza's we have had for a long time,won't be getting owt from there again
