   Yesterday I bought some potatoes which I scared through the self service till. When I got home and took my items out of my bag I found the potatoes had been reduced . Unfortunately I had been charged full price as this store had broken the law znd covered the date with the reduced lable and not covered the original bar code . I have put in a complaint but because I hadn't got a receipt because the self service till was not printing them there was nothing tesco could do about it . Shame on you tesco no wonder everyone hates this shop .

   Stinks in summer, roof leaks in winter. Chilled and frozen food left out unfrozen/unchilled. I have bought ice lollies obviously refrozen after half melting. I have had many stomach upsets so dont buy frozen or chilled food now. Fridges dirty, floor dirty, everywhere a bit grubby. Staff mainly avoid you if they can, and very rude and unprofessional. I know the staff member who throws things at you!

   This Tescos always stinks. Post Office is regularly out of order or closed. It seems hardly any staff trained on the post office, and the ones that are still don't know what they are doing. Always have to ask to get someone to serve me on the post office, even though staff have seen me waiting. Most of the time there's only one person serving and the rest are just stood talking. Staff and manager are the rudest staff I have ever come across. You can't call the shop as its permanently on answer phone

   I give this store 5 stars because the staff and the manager work very hard to provide a late store which is well stocked. I’ve dealt with the manager before and he was very pleasant and professional. We are lucky to have this shop in the heart of the estate and complainers should think about those who live in places where bombs fall from the sky or gunman exist.

   This place is awful.most of staff are extremely rude , angry and aggressive. They are hardly welcoming to customers. mocking the customers is pretty normal in this shop. There is always long queue but staff are hanging around and ignore customers and pretending are not aware of crowd. on the till they throw items and your money. shop is just 100 yard from my house but I try to not going to this shop

   Staff member Adib is horrendous. So rude and ignorant. Constantly throws my items at me for no apparent reason, throws money back at me via the counter if paying cash. If he’s on till he will stand there pretending to ignore everyone for 5-10 minutes until he feels like. I will be speaking to somebody higher about these matters which have been ongoing. Wouldn’t even shop here until something is done.

   So went in Tesco's today.theres arrows on the floor to follow because of the covid 19.nobody is following theses arrows no even staff.makes me very uneasy.as a major chain.where do we go from here it needs sorting out.ppl lives are being putting at risk
