   I picked the “wrong” trolley for my shopping — a trolley with no written rule anywhere saying I couldn’t use it — and the manager acted unfriendly and dismissive from the start. To make it worse, security hurled abuse at me, calling me a “rat,” all over a trolley choice. Honestly, how petty can it get? Being insulted and banned simply for picking the incorrect trolley? Goodness me. I have it all on video. Very poor I expected more from you Morrisons. I think you have just lost a customer.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service from Jacqueline! I wanted to share a big thank you to Jacqueline, a customer assistant at Morrisons, for her truly excellent and lovely service. After returning home, I realised the thermometer I had purchased was missing from my shopping. I didn’t have my receipt with me, but Jacqueline went above and beyond to help. She kindly verified my purchase through the gift card I had used and, showing real trust and understanding, provided me with a replacement thermometer without any fuss. Her helpful, friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience. It’s not often you meet someone so genuinely kind and professional — Jacqueline is a real credit to Morrisons!

   Absolutely appalled by the treatment my partner and I received at the self check-out area this afternoon. The staff member on duty was shockingly rude, constantly yelling at us for no valid reason and showing zero patience or respect. Her aggressive attitude was completely unacceptable and made the entire experience extremely stressful. We left feeling upset and disrespected. I will not be returning to this store and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone based on this encounter.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Shopping Experience at Morrisons! I’ve been shopping at Morrisons regularly, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The car parking is excellent—plenty of spaces available and very convenient, especially during peak hours. It makes popping in for a quick shop so much easier! The availability of items is also consistently good. Whether it’s fresh produce, household essentials, or weekly groceries, the shelves are well-stocked, and everything is easy to find. The layout of the store is clear and customer-friendly, which really helps save time. One of the best things is the Morrisons More card (Club Card). The discounts and points you collect are really worth it. I’ve managed to save quite a bit over the weeks, and it’s great to see regular offers tailored to what I actually buy. Overall, Morrisons combines convenience, great value, and a pleasant shopping environment. Highly recommended!

   I was at the market kitchen pizza place and the customer service was immaculate. The nice chef, Lewis, made me and my mother a very delicious meat feast pizza and im sure i will go home and enjoy the extra cheese he was so generous to add. Mother normally shops at this Morrisons and it is an incredible experience. The bakery section smells heavenly and truly makes me hungry. Back when the food sections were just opened, one of the many kind employees were so generous to ask me for a job and it was unfortunate i had to turn it down. The waffle sticks are amazing and are a treat to those anywhere. This Morrisons is possibly the best supermarket in the area and I am proud to say so.

   This Morrisons is fantastic. It's the first I have found that has market style food stalls across one wall and the food they server is excellent. I've tried the Pizza, the wraps and the thai counter. It's not cheap but worth the cost every time I visit. Its not often I visit the office but when I do I make an effort to visit here.

   I absolutely love this place. I always leave in a better mood than when I entered. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, smiley and approachable. Particularly in the cafe department. Tammy making the hot drinks is amazing, you’re lucky to have her working for you. A prime example of top customer service. The shop is always clean, well stocked and the market kitchen is fantastic. Very well priced and the food is absolutely delicious particularly the char and smoke. I used to work in food retail and I know how challenging your days can be and the staff here do not let this show at all. Thank you for making my visits here so enjoyable.

   Good Morrisons, well stocked. Did not use food court as not needed but looked like varied choices available. Good selection of cheeses especially my Danish Blue, were plenty of other blue cheeses and speciality cheeses. Meat looked nice and well packaged. Won't be using self service tills again as kept having to get staff overrides. Full mobility access and hire scooters available.
