Always an amazing experience. I like to especially highlight in the evening with brother Naz, who always suggest the new vape and xyn products that cater to my lifestyle requirements, his knowledge and patience does not go amiss. Thank youuuu.
Friendly staff (lots of love for Naz) and they have nice treats , snacks including Asian noodles. Often have good deals on random treats. Good vapes too including elux vape liquids
One cashier has the LONGEST filthy yellow fingernails you've ever seen, I'd think they were extensions if I couldnt see all the dirt under them from the top of the fingernail. Watching him handle everything I bought made me feel sick to the stomach. Fridges are always lukewarm which is concerning since they store meat and dairy in them. Won't be buying from here anymore, washing everything I bought when I get home.
Refused to honour price displayed Went to purchase 4 cans of cider on Friday afternoon, price displayed at £6, came up on the till as £7, I questioned this and asked for the price to be honoured as displayed, I was told it was the person who stacked the shelves fault for not putting the correct price on. Refused to give me £1 discount, to the correct price, and then said if I don't want them then don't have them, even after quoting trading standards, so I didn't and just paid for my cold coffee & left

SHOCKING SERVICE from a New Staff Member Individual that Served, On Reflecting on MY Experience Today It is Utterly Appalling On Asking to Re Confirm the Total Price On One Time, as Misheard and the Response Was Informed as Followed " it is Written on the Till Display" (It was Not Visible ) This is Appalling to State the Least , THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SERVE A CUSTOMER ! At The Time was in a Hurry, or hence did not have Time to Express my Thoughts. Awful.
Nice, clean convenience store. Shopped in here a few times for little bits and its reasonably priced. The food I've bought so far as been fine. They also do gas and electric here (British gas) which is a huge bonus seeing as every shop as stopped doing it. So big thumbs up.
I'm a local to the area and the shop is a 3 minute walk from my flat. I used to come to this store because (without sound cliche) I tend to shop local and like to support local businesses but I'm sorry the bearded stoner behind the till that dresses like he's still 16, why do you have to make the experience so difficult for people? If you're not muttering something under your breathe, you're making people wait 5 minutes whilst you're finishing a text. Also most items I have bought when he is at the till get priced up wrong and when I've mentioned it he has a blank expression on his face. There's nothing worse than having to interact with someone who doesn't want to be there, especially when all you want to do is grab a chocolate bar and he's turning it into a negative experience. This review has nothing to do with the quality of products or prices in the store. This is a cry to the manager or owner. Either retrain this guy or get rid of him, I'm almost certain he's losing you business.
