WHETHER PAYING OF CASH OR CARD, HUMAN ASSISTED TILLS SHOULD BE PER AVAILABLE AT ALL DURATIONS. In Conclusion Only Option Was to Purchase via Self check out, due To All Tills Being Closed, The Self Checkout Assistance, Requested By Myself Two Bags Please. THE RESPONSE RECEIVED WAS PER VERY INADEQUATE, (Not Fitting standards to Customer Service, the Response Received Was "The Bags Are Ther I Have a Team Working For My company If One Was to Assist Customer As Per, in The First Assistance would Be Retrained, in Addition to All Employees within Particular Store would Indeed Be Aware in Regards To Human Assisted Till Should Be Operated in all Case, and if a Customer Request a Bag Ensure to provide Assistance, In Addition to Per Provide Bag, With Adequate Response Sure, Ok, or Alternatively, is it Two Bags Will Require.    Nice big store but their toilet is still broken, and has been for over a year now it seems. There's lots of customers relying on those facilities and it's sad to see a store neglecting their needs for so long.

   Constantly stacking the baskets sky high so children can't access or some adults especially those with disabilities or pensioners, hell I had them fall on me on one occasion and this has been reported twice......... Image is from a third time today!

   The shop floor is nice and clean, however recently there hasn't been much product availability. No eggs, sardines and I've noticed some cereals that I loved also gone. The fruit section seemed a little bare and not as fresh. Bought a pineapple didn't taste very good, same for my pomegranate.

   Lots of space to shop (wide aisles) and well stocked even mid Thursday afternoon. Clean and tidy. Very small selection of vegan ready meals but plenty whole foods for meal prep.
