   Coro, the young lady who works in the phone shop, is an amazing girl. She's polite, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The young lad with the glasses who works there is lovely too. Much better staff than the phone shop colleagues in cheetham hill branch who were quite rude and refused to help me because my phone wasn't bought from Tesco but I'm on their sim contract. Coro in Salford helped me with no problems. Thankyou. Tesco should reward you both for your outstanding customer service. Xxx

   Self service machine printer was not working, had not realised until after the transaction was completed, but required a reciept for expenses. The customer service assistant asked for help left a very sour taste. Older lady, short grey hair, pink nail polish and a tattoo on her right hand. Whilst she didn't 'say' anything that when written down would be considered out of place, her demeanour, eye rolling, huffing, etc, let it be known that my request for a receipt reprint was a massive inconvenience to her. She had originally tried to claim that it wasn't possible to reprint a reciept until another tesco colleague chimed in across the floor how to do it - spoiler alert, she knew how to do it, she just didn't want to, then made a big deal of making me wait for the receipt - I appreciate that it might take a few moments for the system to update, but a big show of "you're just going to have to wait now" was unnecessary, unwelcome and unwarranted. This 1 star review gets a 2nd star simply and only because my issue of getting a reciept reprinted was achieved, the manner in which it was carried out left a lot to be desired.

   All day breakfast with latte cost £10.05, taste good but it is getting more expensive especially after they renovated the restaurant. There are many other small restaurants nearby which are more affordable but of similar quality.

   With every visit this place gets worse. No trolleys to be found. Customers helping each other swapping trolleys between themselves. I had large items and needed a trolley but had to get essential items only as I couldn’t manage with one basket. Basket only checkout self scan is an absolute joke. Stuff unhelpful, tags on items and staff with other customers, I was holding up the already large queue behind me. I won’t be wasting my time here, prefer the large Asda in Swinton.

   Terrible extra large store 2nd time visit now where is the large trolleys ????? Shame on you tesco had to take my business else where. How can people do a shop or business shop with small trolleys and baskets. I did ring up and complain 1 year ago about no trolleys and they did say this woukd be sorted out... guess what it wasnt.

   Big shameful shop. So had 3% battery left,Tesco till scanner wasn't being able to scan from my phone as darker screen because low battery. No one helped to charge just little bit my phone.... asked customer service, then asked random staff, tried mobile phone section...and no one helped...was unable to buy and left shop. 21st century, we all using Google pay, Apple pay and no place in such a BIG store to charge phone... just to do a payment! Shame Shame Shame!

   Most helpful staff I have ever seen! I bought a sweater and forgot to remove the security tag. Went there next time but didn’t have the receipt, for verification security guard named KENNEDY OKAFOR checked the previous dated webcam clip when I bought it and helped me to get the tag removed. Went out of the box to help me and really saved a lot of my time. Really appreciate it. Amazing service.

   I have a home delivery from the Salford Tesco every week. It used to be brilliant but now there's barely any choice and some items are always out of stock for weeks or even months. Prices go up and I have noticed that quality is going down. Items that used to get 4/5 stars now get 2/3 stars. Some items seem to always be in stock but I never receive them as they become out of stock. I've been after sliced sourdough bread for months. Why don't they order more to meet demand? They are fair with replacements but it's not the same as getting what you want. I have to say that the delivery staff are great. Friendly and helpful.
