Checkout staff are very pleasant, and shelf fillers always appear to be hard working. Prices cheaper than other local shops. The only disappointment is that everyday essential items disappear from the shelves to make way for seasonal products months before the event, i.e. Easter eggs, Halloween, Christmas etc
Amazing array of products and some can be a diamond find! Great prices and good stock of seasonal items too. There is also a grocery area with good prices and offers too. There is a small area for everything but only the basics, if you need a large range of choice then maybe go to a specialist store. I find only a few staff members on the tills but they are great at getting through a long queue so the wait isn't too long.
Lots if choice Good value nice staff
Quality save in Urmston is quite a big store, and it's very well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Great choice of products. Some are cheaper than Amazon. Friendly staff.
Was hard to find a member of staff when had trouble locating an item. Till staff were really friendly though
A fairly standard discount store - nothing remarkable. Has a good range of products from household and beauty to food, toys and garden items. Always feels a bit chaotic with trolleys of products being stacked blocking aisles and chatting customers doing the same. Biggest positive for me is they stock Henderson Relish!
While shopping today, I witnessed one of the workers helping customer who was blind (had a quied dog).. the lady was walking him round the shop letting him link her arm and carrying his shopping for him.. it was truly beautiful to see! All other Staff was so polite also!
Brilliant place to shop, I get things here that I can't get in other shops and at a great price. Everything was made to make me feel safe and hand sanitiser was readily available, always friendly staff as well. Would definitely recommend this shop.
