   I had a very upsetting experience here last Sunday around noon when I came with my 8-year-old daughter to buy a meal deal for lunch. At checkout, I noticed the total was £13, not the meal deal price, so I asked the staff member for clarification. His response was extremely rude，he simply said he didn’t know and refused to help, and even raised his voice. Because of this, we decided not to make the purchase. Shockingly, his attitude got even worse，he yelled at my daughter again, telling her to put everything back. My daughter was only 8 years old, and she was so scared and upset that she cried the entire way home. No customer, especially a child, should ever be treated this way. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
