I was mocked by the woman at the counter as i was leaving the store after asking a genuine question about the ID policy for an energy drink. Very rude and has put me off wanting to go again.
The shop smells disgusting at the back isles. Also there are two new male members of staff they are very rude both
I collected a parcel from Sainsbury's knutsford last week. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The package was quite heavy and Nick helped me get it to the car. He went above and beyond. Great service and polite staff.
Only a small village shop,but most food products can be bought here. Fresh proce + bread can be bought..staff very helpful + friendly.

I was just in the Sainsburys Local in Knutsford and saw the worst treatment of a lady by a member of staff. After being rude and condescending the lady mentioned his level of customer service, following this exchange, the older, white haired gentleman serving then became intentionally difficult, he then queried the ladies age as she was buying alcohol (she was obviously in her mid 30’s) he did this simply to be awkward and unhelpful. The way he questioned her, was curt, loud and very unprofessional. The lady left embarrassed and the gent continued to chunter even while serving me, after she had left. I was shocked to just experience that level of dis-service in a local shop. He needs to seriously go on some sort of customer service course immediately or not work front of house, ever!
I have just been stood in the queue In Sainsbury’s knutsford and I was Absolutely shocked and appalled by the way the lady was treated by the old man with white hair serving behind the till. He was disgustingly rude and obnoxious. I felt so sorry for the lady. He belittled her infront of others. He should NOT BE WORKING THERE!
Lovely. Always friendly staff behind the counter. Apart from an old man asking why my child wasn’t in bed. I told him to mind his own business! (We popped into the shop for essentials but we were star gazing as my child loves the moon and the stars! Nothing wrong with one evening out of every other month of my child’s life that has been ruled by routine!)
