   The store isn't as large as some others but for the area, it's got a reasonably good range overall. Sadly, the ladies on the customer service table are in need of some training on how to speak to customers with respect. They will be quick to make sarcastic and disparaging comments, but when challenged, will immediately try to shut down the conversation. Unfortunately with the poor outlook of the economy, and low intake of high quality applicants, employees like this will continue to grow where this behaviour is acceptable by the company leaders further tarnishing the name. One day, management should wake up and train their staff better on customer service.

   Witnessed a member of staff being racist to a customer just asking for help. Her English wasnt great and he berated her for not speaking English better and questioned her on how she was here when she stood their looking confused as she had asked with what she could understand about minced pies.

   Today the 4th September 2025 - I was deeply disappointed by the poor service of one female staff at service desk that I feel strongly to tell the public about it, so that they may choose to visit Sainsbury store instead if they need to use mobility scooters. In my mid 70s, with severe osteoarthritis of both hips, I need to use Tesco mobility scooter to do my shopping. In the midst of my shopping today, I was desperate for a cup of tea, so I went to their cafe. Then I noticed the battery was dead. With the basket half loaded I was in need of help to swap for another working scooter. One helpful customer rushed to the help desk to seek help. minutes later, one female staff came over. She told me that she was by herself and she could not help. Totally uninterested, she disappeared. I stayed in the cafe to finish my cup of tea. Luckily with the last bit of power from the battery I moved the scooter back to its base, slowly transferring my shopping to the other available scooter. I recall every time I shopped at Sainsbury supermarket, their staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped to put my shopping to my car whenever I asked for help. Why can't Tesco offer help like Sainsbury's? Do I need to complain to the management team before any improvement may be made? Or are they too complacent about their trade success to bother with old disabled customers?

   Huge queues waiting to checkout. Six manned checkouts closed and ten self serve checkouts closed. Not a good customer experience. The management need to get a grip.

   A poor recent experience, due to Tesco pricing something wrong I was charged a considerable amount more for an item. I drove back to the store to request a refund, I got to the customer service desk and the two women who were on said they were closed and now going home, I checked the time and it wasn’t even 10pm yet (which is the time advertised for the desk to close). Of course frustrated that I had come out of my way I spoke to a colleague on the self scan who was very helpful and managed to find someone who could process the refund for me. I’m glad that my refund was processed eventually but if you advertise specific times for open and close you should stick to them!

   Parking is easy and store is o.k. but I agree with comments on male toilets, they are not kept clean. There were 3 soap dispensers, one's disappeared and two haven't seen soap lately. Come on Tesco get to Aldi and buy some soap. Every little extra helps...
