Now I see why they call it home bargains, it feels like home and there’s plenty of bargains. It’s a very spacious shop with plenty of items available for purchase. Perfect place to do a weekly shop, even has a row of home bargain branded bins at the front of the shop

Great new toys in for girls,xmas put aways Cheaper than amazon. Baby born dolls. Cry babies. Picked up some nice things today for my girl. Great buys for budgets but have to watch as prices as they vary from store to store for example got some vitamins in the little hulton store 99p same one's in walkden branch were 4.99 Products from the ordinary skincare priced 99p and inkey list retinol 1.99 were instore today 18/1/23

Love quality save always has loads of choices and Christmas bits and bobs. Good value for everything. Loads of staff to help if needed
Big spacious store, plenty of choice on the shelves, lots of staff on the shop floor to help customers. Has a very wide range of products, so you will make a purchase regardless of how random it is. Plenty of parking right outside the front door.
Whereas the store is well stocked with lots of items available at a good price, I have had the misfortune of being served by the same checkout assistant twice recently - neither of which was a pleasant experience. The first time, I was overcharged as an item was scanned too many times and I had to chase her round the store to get it corrected. The second time (today), I asked for bags which she opened angrily and then virtually threw at me. Not only that, I went to take my receipt and she repeatedly moved her hand away from me as she wasn’t concentrating. I can’t think of any reason why this behaviour was needed and so I think a bit of customer service training would be appropriate. Edit: Today I decided to give Quality Save another go as a member of my family said that they had been very impressed with the customer service after their visit late last week. I can honestly say there has been a vast improvement in the quality of customer service. A lovely member of staff went above and beyond to help me find hot water bottles today so I’m now sat nice and warm with a Quality Save hot water bottle...great value and great service! New update: The staff at this branch deserve a medal for working in such foul smelling conditions this morning caused by the work to the new business next door. As a customer, I felt sick and couldn’t stop coughing...but at least I was able to leave quite swiftly. The toxic fumes can’t have been doing their health any good at all.
