Staff are helpful but stock is currently all over the place - the shelves are chaotic while they re-organise. It's taking a long time.

Ruined the store no rotisserie, no fish counter , no bakery . clothing section is cramped and the whole store is miserable and unorganised The staff are rude , overheard the older man who seems to work on the fridge section making a joke to colleagues that was very inappropriate and offensive with no attempt to stop it being overheard. The staff don't care, groups of them stood messing about and chatting doing nothing but get in the way.

Awful! Tesco Irlam The bakery has gone, the deli has gone, the roast chicken has gone, the fish counter has gone. Nearly all human interaction has gone, leaving it like a soulless food warehouse, where either they don’t have what you want or you can’t find it. Awful, simply awful.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude from this store from management filtering down! Management and other members of staff protecting a paedophile instead of dealing with it properly. The staff are rude and lack proper customer service and the store should be shut down! How you can protect paedophiles is beyond belief!!! Avoid

Staff in customer services-Mandy and Mary pleasant and helpful. Staff in clothing helpful. Also.. thanks to Lynn who not only checked the store for the stock of an item but also went an extra mile and got a trolley for me. Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience today.

Well, what can I say. Yet again such a shambles at Tesco Irlam. I know it's the Festive period but where are the staff that actually care about customers? Very few tills open, stock is a total nightmare or should I say 'lack of stock'. I remember when Tesco Extra, Irlam opened, it was a flagship, a vision of what the new Tesco was offering, but now it's just a total joke. No sight of any managers to complain to, staff that have no interest if you need any help. Out of date produce on the shelves, yoghurt and chicken!!! Dare say there will be some excuse why the store is going downhill.

One of the worst Tescos stores. No stock, no variety and no staff. Upstairs has been abandoned and lots of unused space on ground floor. Pharmacy is unmanned and never stocked. Petrol and car wash is in disrepair. Overall a very messy, disorganised and dirty store.

This store is going down hill quickly,2/3 tills open at peak times, many out of date produce on shelves, order pickers blocking aisles and no deli, fish or meat counter and who's bright idea was it to replace deli counter with a sushi counter unbelievable.

The cafe has plenty of tables and feels spacious. Breakfast menu all day. Kids meal deal is great. Friendly staff.
