If you need to park in the adult and child spaces it's next to impossible, everytime I go there's several people in cars with no children taking up most of the spots. Not checked at all and not enough of them either. The way people drive in that car park I hate having to park somewhere where I'm having to cross over with my pram. People are so inconsiderate and lazy parking in those spaces when they don't need to!!! The actual shop inside is fine. Always clean, very rarely out of stock of items I need. The staff inside are also super lovely!

Hi Mohsin Issa Hi Gary lindsay Hi Thomas Andrew Mitchell Hi Manjit Dale you gentleman are the owners of Asda I'm sure you have worked so hard to get to where you have. You really all need to come to your store in chadderton it's run appauling. Staff on there phones a few working to the bone and most managers swanning about not very helpful at all. Il give you an example big ques at self check 4 staff either on there phones or chatting away. I asked 1 staff member where is the smash mashed kept his reply was I think we don't do it anymore basically couldn't be bothered. You are employing unhelpful very lazy staff. Send out mystery shoppers let them get back to you it's absolutely disgusting the way that store is run. On average I was spending £150 a week. I go to aldi tesco or sainsburys now. I only went asda because it was the closest and its a store that has everything I've had enough now.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Asda Chadderton is one of the best supermarkets in the area it’s absolutely huge, which makes shopping really convenient as everything you need is under one roof. The store is well laid out with wide aisles, so it never feels cramped, even at busy times. There’s a brilliant choice of groceries, fresh fruit and veg, bakery, clothing (George), homeware and much more. The prices are always competitive, and there are plenty of offers across all departments. The staff are friendly, helpful and easy to find if you need assistance. Parking is very straightforward with a large car park, and the location just off the M60 makes it easily accessible. There are also useful extra services like the pharmacy, opticians, and petrol station on site, which makes it a real one-stop shop. Overall, Asda Chadderton is a great store for value, variety, and convenience I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Oldham/Greater Manchester area.

It doesn't matter what time you go into store there the shelves are never stocked. The music is too loud and the store uncomfortable to shop in. The tipping point is the rude, disrespectful staff who stare and walk through you and when they do speak they're awful. The self service staff are the absolute worst!!!! There were 4 of them just stood there watching people struggle and gossiping about a poor customer who was clearly struggling. Tesco is just up the road, save yourself the agro and go there.

Awful trip today. All fine until I got to the tills. I’d selected 3 gift sets priced £6 but 3 for 2. When scanned they came up individually at £14 so I called over a member of staff and explained they were labelled £6. She told me they weren’t and I assured her they were. To check she asked me to come to find the items. So leaving my half self served shopping I went to see, and yes they were labelled £6 on the stand. A lady was using the self scanner as we got the the stand and she said to me and the shop assistant Sue, ‘ they should go if this as they’re marked wrong’. Sue said they wouldn’t not when they should be £14. We walked back to the tills. I said please take them off as I only went to buy them at £6. This should have been the end of it. Yes id been inconvenienced but at this stage I just wanted to finish scanning my shopping. Sue didn’t remove the item instead went for her supervisor Sue 2. This is where the problem started. What an arrogant and rude woman. She needs to realise she is paid to deal with customers! Instead of taking the original shop assistants information that yes the items was advertised at £6 she asked me to go show her! I said no thanks I’ve just been around the supermarket once. Can she please just take them off. Buy this time it’s getting embarrassing people can see the fuss and I just wanted to get out of the shop! She then says we’ll ‘ I was going to honour the £6 but if your being rude’! Why say that. Only to antagonise a customer! I’d already asked for the item to be removed. Asda you need to talk to Sue about customer service. This could have easily been rectified with the supervisor handling the situation with some care and believing her colleague who confirmed I was right. She should have offered me the items at £6 not try to say no because I was greeting stressed. I have a blue badge, I have severe anxiety plus had part of my foot removed recently and it’s painful being stood up and walking. The who situation was drawing attention to us but supervisor Sue had no people skills what so ever. Really poor service!

Fantastic service from staff member Julie Alexander. She is really polite and always helpful. Earlier this year I got cash back from the self service area and left it in the machine. Julie booked it into customer service and when I returned the following week it was there waiting for me. I never have to wait to get help with Julie. Steve

Visited early Sunday morning in Oct. Fuel pay at pump no problem. Plenty of free parking with wide disabled bays. Some people still wearing face coverings. Most shelves were fully stocked, with only a few items we wanted unavailable. Plenty of staff around to help. Checkout quick, safe and simple.
