   I am not happy with one of their staff the one with glasses she is very rude and arrogant.Don’t like her attitude at all we group of friends goes there every evening and spends every day but her attitude wasn’t right what she said you spend on tea and sit here too long obviously that’s why cafes are for to sit and drink but clearly she don’t know. And it’s not a store policy either i am very disappointed decided not to go there again and that’s how they lost some customers.

   Been to Chaiwalla in Caldmore twice in one week — that says it all really! My friend had the cheese and bean toastie, I went for the aloo paratha, and we both had the chai lattes. Everything was spot on. The food is simple but tasty, the service is lovely, and the interior has a really nice vibe. Definitely a new go-to.

   Brilliant service from server Manpreet- she was so friendly and checked up to make sure me and my sister were enjoying our food. Made great conversation. Thank you Manpreet! Food wasn’t bad, presentation was great and omelette was really nice. I had the desi breakfast.

   Dined at Chaiiwala Walsall a few times and have never been disappointed. Today I decided to order an english-ish breakfast, Jaskaran took my order and made sure everything was as it should be. The food was hot, freshly cooked and flavourful. Can not recommend this place enough. Although for anyone dinning in, if proper metal utensils are provided that would make eating in experience a lot more easier.

   Lovely decor and polite customer service. Food completely average and some items overpriced on menu. Karak chai doesn’t taste the same as other branches I’ve visited in the past. Easy to walk to by foot but no parking except for side streets.

   very disgusted with the prices of the portions, tiny samosa chaat for £4.50 desi that don’t even serve one £6.95 and if u add the onion tomato and green chilli in a omelet it’s an extra £1 each which means an omelet is £10 alone because you’re paying for the ingredients £1 per ingredient. and omg i don’t even want to start on the english breakfast for near enough £8 absolutely disgusting never eating or ordering from here again, i advise u to avoid the scam tiny tiny portions that don’t serve adults, photos don’t do justice to the actual size. can the next customer please report them to trading standers, menu misleads the actual cost, omelet is a scrambled egg flattened, extra ingredients is £1 they have not stated that on menu

   So apparently an omelette is meant to be plain if you want onions and tomato and chilli you need to pay an extra £3 meaning £1 each. Although the menu clearly states , dhaal or chana it doesn't clarify that its an extra £1. The samosa chaat cost me £4.50 it contained 1 samosa few chickpeas sauce and little salad , my 5 year old could demolish it, the portion for the price is definitely not justified. When you pay £25 for breakfast for 2 people the least they could do is give a decent size hot drink. Again I paid £2.25 for karak coffee and again would be classed the size of babycino. The portions are not justified for the prices charged. The menu itself is very poor in highlighting what's in the omelette. Would definitely never come here again!
