SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Placed an order, they asked to cancel as they had something wrong with their power. But money had already been taken. Said they would refund me. Never did, stopped replying to my emails. Absolute scam of a place. I was a loyal customer for years and they’ve changed hands so don’t trust them.

Everything about it is wrong. From the staff arguing when you enter, the waiting staff coming out from outside both on chatting break after there is a queue of people to the 30 waiting times. When we ask why it was so long I was told they had to do so many pizzas when we were the last clients and not 1 customer in the room. When you see 5 min before that the staff did their own pizza to eat behind the counter … and the toilets not cleaned and no toilet paper, no service whatsoever for the waiting time. Worst of all is the taste of the pizza, no taste at all, no ingredients on the pizza or drenching in chili. Not eatable at all! It was my first and only time there. This is truly the worst pizza I have ever had The best is always “Italian bistr next door and do not step in Doug pizza you will be truly disappointed !

Great experience at Firezza Streatham today! Went in for a friend’s birthday and had the whole place to ourselves at 12pm, as they had just opened and were served with generosity and grace, by all the staff. The salads, particularly, were great prices and there were lunchtime offers on the tasty pizzas, which were authentically super thin crusted. Overall a fab experience.

I’m actually so incredibly disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer with this branch and in December an order I made took half an out from restaurant to door to arrive due to an incompetent driver so arrived stone cold and stale. I was offered either a new order (wasn’t risking that!) or a 50% refund and keep the cold food. Went for the refund partly to also not let food go to waste. What a mistake! A visit in to the branch to follow up a few weeks later and I was told it was with head office. Three follow up emails with absolutely no response. Three months later. You should treat your customers better!

I would like to give 0 to be honest . Awful experience last night 19.10 pound charged on my card but order never delivered. I have tried to call the restaurant many time no answers. So I have decided to go there , guess what ? It was closed and it was only 21:00 . How is it possible to accept order if the shop is closed ?? I contacted them online and i am still waiting for a reply and obviously a refund…never again

Ordered a pizza for delivery which was accepted and charged. After an hour and a half, no answer on the phone my bf drove to the shop and it’s shut! All opening hours say they should be open and the order was accepted. Absolutely terrible, will be expecting a full refund!

It's a shame, everyone bangs on about supporting local businesses and the photos on Google reviews looked good but the standard of food I recieved was terrible. The pizza was as bad as its presentation (and to think the normal price for it is £17!), the bbq wings were cold and tasteless and wedges were drier than the Sahara desert. Needless to say it's the first and last time I'll ever use this place.

Ingredients are tasty and high quality except the dough needs work. Was far too tough and really hurt my jaw chewing it… Prices are also steep compared to some other authentic sourdough pizza places. If the dough was better they’d be on 4 stars easily but at the moment it’s a 3. Better than other ‘pizza’ takeaway places but for a proper wood fired oven place it’s not the best. Edit: jaw is actually still in pain from chewing this dough 4 days later

5* Service - Pizza was delivered within 20 mins. Mind blowing. 5* regular pizzas were delicious!!! 2* the vegan pizzas are a bit clapped. There was roughly a 40% cover of cheese on the pizza and the other toppings were also sparse. Therefore, 3* overall
