Bought some oxtail here and was really happy with the service and the cut of the meat. Freshly cut in front of me. It was absolutely delicious!!! Thank you!
Customer service here is absolutely terrible. None of the vegetables have price tags, and when I politely asked the lady at the billing counter for the prices, she responded very rudely and told me to “go away” and even said, “I don’t like customers like you.” As a customer, it’s only fair to ask for the price when nothing is labeled. Instead of helping, she acted as if I was bothering her. On top of that, the prices are extremely high, which might be why she gets so defensive when anyone questions them. To make things worse, she refused to give a printed bill and said customers shouldn’t ask for one – that we should just pay whatever amount she says. That’s completely unprofessional and suspicious. I left feeling unwelcome and cheated. Definitely not going back. Awful experience from start to finish.
I get best meat from here. Alongwith meat, you can get all daily grocery from here. Mostly it’s Turkish stuff and it’s good.
I am very pleased with the customer service in every store, in addition, you can eat hot and drink various drinks. In this facility there is also a pharmacy, also very nice and fast service, in addition, there are free toilets kept clean

Have to say they are selling things expensive , make no sense mid chicken 7 pound!! and so many things, the reason i give 3 stars bc there is good people work there.
