   I ordered via UberEats. They accepted the order. A short while later I had a notification that the shop informed Uber I called the shop to cancel.(which I never did) long and short of it is I still got charged £47 for food that they did not provide. They also lied to Uber. Do not trust these unscrupulous traders. I called the shop the next day to resolve but they just sloped their shoulders towards under. Steer clear.

   Ordered at 21:41, quoted 15-20 mins wait. Now at 22:30 and still no sign of the food. Have rung to be told it’s left the shop. Won’t be ordering again - be careful if wanting food within promised time

   Customer service was good! I was a little upset that the chips were very dry when delivered due to busyness, but when I called them the next day, the staff were so lovely and offered a new meal! Thank you! :)

   The burgers were nice. We went for the chicken fillet burger hashbrown and it was v fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend and it was halal. The location was little hidden, have to be more vigilant to find it. Be at lookout for the sign next to red bin. There is plenty of parking space around and it is easy to park and walk to the place. The kitchen staff checked the temperature of fried chicken to make sure it is cooked at right temperature and properly. It looks This is what they do on every load and is a good practice.
