If you are going to buy shopping this Tesco adds 50p - £1. On all items. It’s not the same as a regular Tesco! So if buying a lot it’s worth travelling to a larger Tesco or Asda which isn’t far away.
Car self car wash down and no sign. It would be nice to maintain and add some signs or close down the machines not working
This is an awful place with awful staff, who are extremetly rude and unhelpful. There is no such a thing called customer service as they would laugh over the customer and ignore them completely when there was an issue, which was caused and mistaken by Tesco staff themselves. They have no respects of their customers and even to charity food collector who arrives on time to collect food donation, they would turn them away and say it is not the time yet (which is completely not true ). People sacrify their own time and expenses to collect and distribute food to avoid wastage, and these staff are just taking a laugh over the volunteer and treat them as a piece of dirt. How pathetic and unbelievable.
Opening times 6-10pm sat outside at 7:20am still not open what a joke

Poor customer service to relieve an issue where they would not give me my Evri parcel even though I showed I.D, all because either the driver or the staff didn't scan the barcode upon delivery. Regardless of this error, how is it my fault? The item was there, I collect, I press accept on my order and offered to do this whilst in the presence of an absolute poorly customer service orientated member of staff. I even advised this has happened before elsewhere and this is the procedure of what to do...but noooo, I couldn't have my item. I am now out of pocket for the product over 5 weeks and it has still not returned to sender. I cannot claim as it shows as delivered to the destination of the pickup point. Glad it was a £10 item and not a £100 item otherwise I would have stood my ground until said parcel was given to me. Oh and this happened over 3 attempts and with the seller also speaking to a branch manager called Gary over the phone who I never got to speak with as no one would help! Won't use your petrol station again, won't use you for collections either.
Yet again, staff not wearing face covering apart from lady behind till. 2 floor staff nothing on face. Customers not asked about wearing a face covering on entering
The level of customer service is below 0 They don't greet you at the till, they look out of the window and seem to be more interested in looking at the petrol pumps. They can't even be bothered to tell you how much you have to pay you have to look at the PDQ to see what the cost is. Then there's not even a thankyou or good bye. Tesco change your tag line from. EVERY LITTLE HELPS. to VERY LITTLE HELP. Your customer service training is shocking
It would be a decent place to shop, if it wasn't for the arrogant staff member that sits behind the till, who tuts when she has to stand up, and the completely selfish security worker who takes the entire bakery with him, and he makes sure of this by doing while the shop is still open and there are still people in there. Only use if truly desperate.
