   Mixed Experience at Tesco Express. I visited Tesco Express today and had a generally positive experience with the staff being friendly and helpful. However, my interaction with the security guard was disappointing. When I asked about the price of an item, he responded curtly, telling me to check properly. His tone and demeanor came across as rude. While the rest of my experience was pleasant, the security guard's behavior stood out negatively. I hope Tesco Express addresses this issue to ensure a consistently positive shopping experience for customers. Overall, a decent store with room for improvement in customer service from security personnel.

   Not impressed went in at 7:30am to get some chilled items but there was absolutely nothing in the fridges with no notices or signs explaining why. And I don’t just mean a few items were out of stock, I mean the fridges were completely bare. I understand this can happen due to delivery or fridge faults, but to have no signs explaining why is ridiculous?? I’m sure the staff won’t appreciate constantly explaining to customers why they have no stock so why not put up signs? Very silly

   I had a very unpleasant experience at Tesco Express on the evening of January 27th (around 11:00- 11:15 PM). I was shopping with my two daughters, who were simply walking around and looking at the shelves, like any other children. However, the security guard kept following me and watching us closely, which made me feel very uncomfortable. He later approached me and claimed that my children were being noisy and disruptive, which was completely untrue. They were behaving normally, just like any other kids. His tone was aggressive and rude, and his behavior felt unnecessarily targeted. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this at Tesco, and I found it unacceptable. On the other hand, a female staff member was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I hope Tesco reviews the camera footage from that evening and addresses this incident. Customers should feel welcomed and not judged or harassed while shopping.

   Good store with friendly staff. Good produce. But didn't like the way the security followed me about like I was a shop lifter, just because of the way I look. Otherwise would have rated 5 star

   I use this store regularly and often have problems with the security guards. They always assume that if Ur not a typical student then Ur there to shoplift. I've seen him stop q few people, but never anyone who has actually stolen anything!

   It has a nice selection of products except for toiletry. There are very limited options in that department. Otherwise, everything is well labelled and you can intuitively find what you're looking for. The store assistants are helpful when needed.

   Very, very friendly staff. The store itself is too cramped though, and it relies on the utterly inappropriate little self-service checkouts; fine if you're only buying a few items I suppose. But there's a good selection, and if you time it right you can grab some really good offers.
