Can't see the tills from the front of the queue, so there are 3 staff members shouting constantly if tills are free - horrible shopping experience tbh. Surely a better layout would not only increase check out efficiency, but also free up staff members whose only role, it seems, is to stand and constantly shout. The alarm system at the exit is also broken, leading to security demanding to see the receipt of people who have paid for all of their items; this leads to the entrance/exit to the store getting blocked.

Generally I have few issues here but on a bad day it can be a nightmare. The wi-fi does not reach the back of the store so the app is useless in some areas. They can also really struggle to get through customers quickly enough. I've seen queues almost out the door before now. Very frustrating

Every single time I shop here I have a member moving close to me at the self checking point. It's really uncomfortable having people looking at me and it's even more annoying when I'm in the queue for the self checking I see the member of staff on 1 location and the moment is my turn to pay they are close to me. I've seen two teenagers stealing at the snack section, so instead of spending their energy of getting real thieves, they prefer to racial profile me and I never stole anything in my life. Do better.

Not been in this store for a bit more self service check outs just what was needed I shop in here Friday evening I waited in the self service queue, the young girl with the dark hair on self service was shouting customers to use the free self service till By the time she got to me and my son and whoever was in front of us her attitude was bad, she spoke Aggressively just to say that 3 self service tills were available Then like that wasnβt rude either I asked her for your assistance to authorise something her response to me was WHAT I understand it can get a bit stressful but to me the shop wasnβt even busy. She has no customer service skills. Sheβs very rude. She got attitude and I think sheβs nice to whoever she wants to be nice to like they say treat people you want to be treated.

This Lidl is my go to on my way to work. Not too busy when I went around 8:40am. Good choice of food, a lot of people were waiting for the bakery items to come out.

Went there today to pick some snack for a train journey. Ended up leaving it in the line across entire shop. And went to Aldi in Liverpool. Disgraceful, not willing to serve customers. No shop assistans but better watchersβ¦. Donβt come here unless you love to stand in line for half an hour!

A few regular items missing. On there were no bugs to get croissants and the rest of the pasties, looking a bit messy however still good quality items and a good option to shop.
