This local shop is very friendly & helpful. My son is autistic and very uncertain about going to shops by himself, but the staff here take the time to help him and always make him feel welcome. He comes back home having had a successful shopping trip and with the correct items - usually!! He enjoys going there.
I have been in this shop lots of times. The lady is fine. The men however are so rude and disgusting behaviour to woman. They offer yodel. They lie all the time to me saying it is broken. But when the woman is in. It works. They then told me I don’t matter in front off other customers. How can they offer the service yet the guy cannot be bothered to just scan the parcel. It takes less than a minute to do. The way he spoke to me. At this point there were 3 off them and myself and customers. I felt so intimidated by and never felt so embarrassed in my life. Disgusting behaviour. Man is a bigger size man and a man with glasses. Both Asian males
Awful service from one of the shop keepers, so bad that I decided to write a review. Be warned: that one guy if you're unlucky will treat you like garbage.
Great customer service, can always have a laugh with the staff. The prices are much cheaper than the local Tesco too, would highly recommend!
Friendly staff, insane selection of spirits available. If you need posh booze come here don't go to the supermarket.
Just been into that shop again and been declined service which is not unusual as the owner is extremely rude And impolite. Said he didn’t have PayPoint but there was a big sign outside saying they do. I’ve seen him do it with previous customers. But this is not the first time I’ve had issues in that shop as it’s owner is rude. I did advise any potential customers who read this review not to shopping now as you’ve got Tesco’s very close by.
