The Barton road store has quite a big range of fresh and frozen items - good choice of bread/ barms etc . Hot coffee and sandwiches- lunch items available as well as alchol - medications - magazines - household and beauty items.
Good local coop. I visit several times a week. Helpful staff, though they can be moody.
Handy local mini market. Good selection of chilled foods, smaller selection fruit veg., tinned foods etc, bakery items ( donuts etc)! Bread, milk & essentials. Pet foods, toiletries , beer wines & spirits. Good members prices. Nice staff and 'open all hours'.
Well I was a regular shopper here until the encounter today with the elderly lady michelle,not sure what her problem was but she obviously has no heart for the job.terrible representation of a good supermarket. I will switch to Tesco from now on for sure

Was my weekly shopping store but no longer stocks my.regular items & the staff just want you out the door as soon as possible. It's a reel shame as it used to be such a good & friendly place made worse as i am a coop member and have been going there for many years. I did try asking in store why some I things were no longer stoked but was told the coop no longer made them only to find out that was a lie. Emailing to complain was also a fob off. Started using the large Tesco in stretford instead but would much rather be using my local coop. Very sad and bloody inconvenient.
