    Bought pain killers this morning get home open the box, half empty so will have to bin them really bad, good job I have some others in the house but bad just the same.

    I visit this Tesco regularly, but unfortunately I have a negative experience almost every time. One of the staff members is consistently rude and shows no sense of customer service. This repeated behavior makes shopping here very unpleasant. From a store like Tesco, I would expect staff to be better trained and to treat customers with respect.

    Visited on 06/12/2021 at 13:45ish SEL stated there was a Clubcard multibuy on a brand, in which you could mix and match products. This wasn’t reflected at the self scan, so I pressed the assistance button. A Girl behind the main tolls cancelled the assistance request, and I had to wait for them to realise I was waiting for assistance. They told me I had to press pay (I had already done this). Then I was asked to accompany them to the product. When we returned, I was told she’d get someone to come and sort it. This colleague also advised me (once again) that I had to press pay. She then also asked if I’d accompany them to the shelf. I said that this wasn’t necessary as we’d already been. Then the manager appeared behind me, and in a means to attempt to convince me I was wrong, showed me a completely different shelf edge label to explain it. The problem being, this SEL was a totally different format, specifying one product. The one I was attempting to buy was for “ANY 3 x”. For this entire (very long and drawn out process), I was treated as if I was a total newbie of a customer and new to Clubcard, which is extra frustrating as I do every food shop, multiple times a week in Tesco. The manager was at least somewhat less patronising, even if they were using an irrelevant example. Because this took so long, I was in too much of a rush to even buy an alternate product. So disappointed.
