   Most of these reviews are from when it used to be a co-op. It's now really overpriced for the same products, everything marked up around 20% at least. Even the staff that have been carried over have said as much. Avoid unless your desperate.

   I have visited several times so far. But every time I encountered the bitter and rude behavior of female employees, especially at the post office, last time they were very bitter again and rejected me for no reason.which I could easily do without any questions after visiting another post office branch. At first I thought maybe they don't like me. Then I went and read people's comments, I saw that I am not the only one. I want to ask them? If they don't like their job, why do they work there? I hope the management there will find a solution for this problem.

   Allen's waste disposal is an excellent company. Speedy service. Polite and helpful staff. Can't rate this company highly enough. Really pleased. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Family business in Altrincham.

   Sent my son in here on Saturday to return a parcel. He asked me to never send him in there again as the staff behind the counter were very rude and abrupt telling him he needed the post office counter. The lady took the parcel from him with out speaking the entire time and then threw the return receipt towards him. He's only 11. He came out quite upset. He is very polite and well mannered, I doubt he has ever experienced such appalling service.

   unsatisfactory post office, always closes when not supposed too... stood waiting for help from the lady who “runs it” for minimum of half an hour. Till staff are pleasant, is just let down by the feel that the older staff bring.

   Ample disabled parking spaces. The ramp up to the entrance is quite steep but just managed to propel myself up in my wheelchair. Baskets of extra goods made the aisles tricky to navigate at times but the staff are very helpful and accomodating. I pop in regularly because I know that the staff will be happy to help me if need be and they usually have what I need. A great little shop, staffed by really nice people!
