    Dire service bordering on ignorant. Coop offers repeatedly not working. Mountains of food wasted - greatly insufficient reductions on shortest sell by date fresh food. Real ale beers incorrectly stored in fridges - the brewery states room Temperature Fridge doors regularly left fully open by staff - adding to climate emergency Totally unpleasant customer experience Disgraceful and disgraceful

    Ignore the 1 star reviews of this store. A lot of salty people who don't understand how retail works. Even during the covid pandemic, this store delivers a large range of items (from fresh fruit to home baking), friendly staff and most importantly good value for money. Some prices may seem a bit steep but what they cost in price they make up for in taste. Step in and ignore the haters.

    This place is filled with untrained staff. Don't bother coming here for PayPoint services. I once spent a literal 45 minutes in store trying to buy a system one get me there pass. In the end they couldn't manage to sell it to me. The person who served me was as helpful as one could possibly be whilst being clueless as to how to properly complete the sale. I even had to give him suggestions on how he could proceed with the sale based on my past experience being sold the bus pass. Unfortunately the staff's lack of knowledge isn't a one off thing. I have tried to purchase this bus pass from them probably on 5 occasions. Each time the staff was different yet equally as clueless. After my last experience in which I spent 45 minutes in store without even being able to be sold the pass I wanted, I definitely won't be returning for the same service.
