   Staff member rude at check out. She was talking to other staff members on her head set (not even about work). I was with a baby and she looked at me and told me to take my bags out of the trolly with no explanation. When I asked why I had to take them out after she finished her conversation via the headset she said to make sure you’re not hiding anything underneath very rude and abrupt. As if I would be hiding anything when the conveyor belt was full of over 100 pounds worth of shopping. This staff member needs to learn some manors and stop being so rude!!! Yes I’ll go again as the shop itself was good I’ll just avoid going to the check out where she is!

   Everything is scattered all over the place why does some of the fresh produce have to be in chilled cabinets that you can't reach on the top shelf and the date's on some of the meats was nearly out of there sell buy date. More thought went into mother and child parking than disable persons i don't think we will bother shopping there again.

   Shop excellent but service at the till was not two cashiers more interested in talking about driving a automatic car than service with a smile didn't even speak or look who they were serving. Usually I get good service

   Always busy but can understand when there's so much choice at low prices. Was able to get round with trolley and adult adapted wheelchair so accessibility was no issue. Impressed with meat, cheeses and delicatessen type snacks, great value offers if your planning a barbecue. Checkout was a short wait as expected as everyone had full trolleys but staff kept the lines moving and opened additional checkouts to hurry things along. Shopping total came out cheaper than usual shop at other supermarket. All one level, trolleys work on trolley key system. Plenty of parking with disabled parking spots at front of shop. Regular bus route passes 50yards away every 25 minutes into selby town.

   Check out staff searched trolly to make sure we hadn't stolen anything after telling her we had 12 milks.asked us to remove bag so she could make sure.this is not the sort of shopping experience I want or need.lm 73 & health issues affect me lifting. She said that they have to ask as many steal.cannot believe pensioners are treated this way.lm honest feel your new policy is insulting.

   We like the Aldi shops. Today my husband bought a hedge trimmer £18.00 cheaper than B x Q basically the same thing. Always friendly service. A wonderful selection if meat to cook. Today Sirloin steaks for £2.59 each they look lovely so you can't go wrong with them.
