   Just been accused of stealing by the man on self check out for having my children’s toys under the pram, I suggest getting staff with better people skills, if he’d have asks instead of accusing me there wouldn’t have been an issue. Won’t be coming in again

   I just stopped going to this store as the fruit and veg is B rated, salad actually goes off in a day, Theres NO consistency on any type of products you buy wkly, And sometimes theres very little stock in store, and although it wins the cheapest supermarket of the year title, It really isnt cheap for the quallity of food that you get, I wont buy here again you get better quallity in a food bank

   I've shopped at this branch since it opened. Today I used the self service, I don't usually but I only had a couple of bits. Put both my own bags down and started scanning. The scanner was temperamental scanning one thing then not another. Eventually wouldn't scan at all. Male member of staff came over, quite rudely said have you just taken something out of your bag. I replied yes because it didn't scan an now it's scanning nothing. He stood there swipe his card and muttering then said, very accusatory you've put another bag down and stormed off. If he's having a bad day, maybe it's best not to take his mood out on customers. Also when I said no I put them both down before scanning, no need to grunt at me. I'd already got items in that bag, so obviously I hadn't only just added a bag. Love Aldi but not today.

   I shop here on a regular basis and although I can’t complain about the staff, the state of this place leaves a lot to be desired. Empty boxes on the shelves with products all over to mention only one thing. Just general mess and untidiness. I took a few photos only. It’s a real shame but it would not have that with the proper management. While it’s a necessity to shop and it doesn’t particularly give me any pleasure it would have been a better experience if the store was in order and the shelves tidy.

   It is unacceptable for a supermarket to sell rotten vegetables to their customers. This not only reflects poorly on the quality of their products, but it can also pose a health hazard to those who consume them. It is the responsibility of the supermarket to ensure that they are providing fresh, safe, and quality products to their customers. Repeatedly selling rotten vegetables is a clear indication of a lack of quality control and care for their customers

   Good shop, however, car park can get a little crazy during busier times and parent & toddlers spots get abused. Deal with queues well, shelves seem well stocked.

   It's ok but the staff can be quite stern at times, but I understand they are under alot of pressure at the moment but still would be nice to be seen as being a human being rather than just cash and go with no smiles

   Ample disabled parking.. Easy access.. Shop was clean and tidy Staff were helpful and willing to assist.. Some stocks were limited but regular deliveries try to keep on top of this problem..
