    I do really like this store, and have found the self serve staff really helpful. However I have overheard who I believe is a higher member of staff speaking to some of the younger lot in a very unkind, even patronising manner (I believe her name is Tina or something similar). These are the people that keep shops running and are willing to work unsociable hours. I find it disheartening to see the younger generation being spoken to in such a condescending and probably embarrassing way! I think this woman needs a stern speaking to and change in mannerism, as a customer it is an unpleasant thing to overhear so god knows how these employees are made to feel.

    I have been a regular customer at Tesco for a long time, especially in the clothing section, and I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received during my recent visit. The ladies working there displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that is completely unacceptable for any customer service environment. One staff member, who appeared to be new, shouted at me and even asked me to do her job, which is not only inappropriate but also humiliating. She also made threatening remarks towards me and my mother, including swearing, which left me feeling offended and unwelcome. Such conduct is shocking and does not reflect the standards Tesco should uphold. As a loyal customer who shops there daily, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. This experience has made me question the training and management of staff in this department. I strongly urge Tesco to address this issue promptly by providing proper customer service training or reconsidering the employment of staff who behave in this manner. Customer service is the backbone of any retail business, and no one should ever feel intimidated or disrespected while shopping. I hope Tesco takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the kindness and professionalism they deserve.

    I left my card at a self service till yesterday and when I realised and returned today, the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful even though it was 10 minutes before closing time. Many thanks to Syed on tills and Umar on security for all their help - also to whoever handed my card in!

    First of all I wanna say I just bought some cough medicine that had the clubcard price of £4.80 (ish) got into my taxi and checked my receipt to see it wasn't even on sale! I've been shopping here for over 20 years and I gotta say the prices are getting absolutely ridiculous, atp What's stopping me from going to m&s and buying better quality food for roughly the same price? Also there's a pickup and drop off ONLY point that isn't enforced at all. You have inconsiderate idiots constantly parking there to go and do their shopping. Seen as how much the CEO loves ripping people off I'm surprised he hasn't started a penalty for doing so. I'd be lying if I said I'd be against it too because 75% of the time my taxi needs to park awkwardly to pick me up. I've started shopping at Morrisons and I think I'm going to do my regular shop there from now on

    Easy in and not too large like the larhwr ones in London. Good service, tills could be quicker but the queue reduces quickly. A good range of produce and food goods.

    It is not often busy. There is a wide range of foods available with some interesting international delicatessen. The parking space is ample. All in all, a good experience.

    Abysmal service, we were waiting in a queue for 15 minutes to be told the till we were waiting in line for was closing because the lady on the tills shift had ended so had to queue for a further 15 minutes. STAFF. MORE. TILLS. 2 tills is not adequate enough for the amount of people shopping and the queue for self checkout was ridiculous too. Never going back. READ YOUR REVIEWS AND SORT IT OUT.

    This store used to be good. In recent months it has gone into complete malfunction and clearly is in need of new management. Earlier in the summer there was a major change in the placement of products on the shelves. However the product overhead signage has not changed and therefore finding appropriate products has become much more time consuming. More seriously there has been totally inadequate staffing levels on the tills. Last evening at peak going home time only two tills were staffed. Queues went a long way down adjacent aisles. The self check out queue was at least 40 yards long. We are lucky to have other supermarket options in the area. Until the management changes in this store I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

    The queues here are ridiculous, no matter what day or time you can be sure to have to wait. The Autism friendly hour is not very friendly as again there is no staff on the tills, using the self service checkout with more than a basket is a logistical nightmare! I used to do all my shopping here, but now it is unbearable. I am not sure if it is a new manager who is stingy with staff hours or poor planning but either way it is a very unpleasant experience. It is evident that the staff are very busy, please increase your workforce and be fair to staff and customers alike.
